Dissemination and standardisation plan

Presentation of the communication and standardisation strategy of IN LIFE and development of the necessary tools for its wide diffusion to the users and relevant key players.

Impact assessment

The impact assessment of IN LIFE services will be described against QoL factors, based on the results from the 6 pilot sites.

Use cases

Identification of the most urgent needs in autonomous living, socialisation and mobility of older adults with cognitive impairments but also of carers. Also, an analysis of the available services in each pilot site will be realised, followed by the preliminary selection of services to be offered during WP7 pilots and their improvement and integration in WPs 3-7. Finally, the project use cases will be extracted.

Best practices recommendations

The role of/and the most promising practices when delivering the IN LIFE healthcare services will be highlighted (from the pilots results), based on which recommendations to be communicated to diverse stakeholder groups will be formulated.
