This report will demonstrate the degree to which MRF derived biomarkers can predict the development of metastasis in a liver cancer model
Report on results from preclinical trialsResults from in vivo tests on orthotopically implanted tumours or experimental metastasis in mice using both research scanner and commercial scanner. The aim is to verify results from the in vitro experiments.
Final report on MRF sequences development and resultsFinal report on clinical study and value of MRF to predict MVI.
This final report after the 6 months of allowing for final data analysis will show the value MRF provides for predicting the presenceabsence of MVI in HCC This report will also refer to the resultsobtained via ScreenCell and establish whether a combination of CTC derived information plus MRF derived biomarkers has the potential to further improve the prediction of MVI
Final report on IFP/active force reconstruction methodThe Integrity of invasive IFP measurements in vitro active force data from TFM measurements on tumour spheroids and preclinical tumours as well as histopathological results from preclinical and clinical tumour cases allows to optimize and finalize the force reconstruction
Final report on clinical studyThis final report after the 6 months of allowing for final data analysis will show the value MRF provides for predicting the presenceabsence of lympnode involvement It will further demonstrate the value of IFP quantified via MRF for predicting response to therapy in this cohort of patients Correlation to results obtained via ScreenCell will provide further insight into the question whether CTC data help to increase the ability of MRF derived imaging biomarkers to predict metastatic potential
Final report on clinical study and value of MRF in brain tumour delineationThis final report after the 6 months of allowing for final data analysis will show the value that MRF provides for predicting the presenceabsence and delineation of tumour cells in primary brain tumours and metastases This report will also refer to the results obtained by conventional means and histopathological correlations
Final Report on ability of MRF derived IFP for predicting response to therapy in liver cancer modelsFinal report on CTC analysis for HCC
ScreenCell will summarize its findings and show to which degree advanced CTC analysis in combination with MRF derived imaging biomarkers enhance the sensitivity to predict microvascular involvement for HCC It will also summarize how the TFM findings correlate to the histopathological results of the individual tumour specimen
Final report on beast and brain cancer metastasis modelsThis report will demonstrate the degree to which MRF derived biomarkers can predict the development of metastasis in breast and brain cancer model
Report on clinical MRF protocol for breastAfter 14 month KCL has collected data about the reproducibility, stability, and precision of the current MRF protocol
Final report on TFM resultsThis report will demonstrate the degree to which TFM derived force measurements correlate with MRF derived values. This represents an important step in the validation of MRF for being able to actually measure the active forces of a tumour exerted onto its habitat.
