The goal is to point out their limits and propose a new “innovation based” regulatory scheme that would be applied to a holistic energy system comprising electricity, gas and heating. (T6.2)

It will provide a break down of the system functionality into individual system components and encapsulate issues such as: functional behaviour and communication interfaces, implementation technology and deployment options and security.
