Guideline and material training report

In this document methodology and material training required to develop and carry out ad-hoc courses in pilot companies will be collected. This document will be in English, Spanish, French, German and Dutch.

Best practice guideline

Best practice guideline toward cultural and behavioural changes in companies, based on information from tasks 2.1 and 2.2. This guideline will be revised and updated in WP5 (D5.2) based on the pilot outcomes and key conclusions.

Overall evaluation report of INDUCE capacity building programme
Methodology and training material report

Repository of developed documents regarding the fine tuned methodology, the course for trainers and all the training material for both food & beverage companies and trainers.

Benchmarking baseline report

Overview per country of energy consumption in the agro-food sector, potential measures for achieving energy savings in the agro-food sector, data (if any) on the status of implementing these measures, and an estimate of potential impact if all measures are taken. This report will be used as baseline to estimate the (potential) impacts leveraged by this project, which will be calculated in WP5 and included in D5.3.

Overview of capacity building and training programmes

Inventory of initiatives, platforms and interventions regarding energy efficiency (in the wider context of CO2 reduction) in the agro-food sector, specifically staff training and capacity building programmes.

Certification of INDUCE trainers

The experiences of the new certified trainers in INDUCE methodology will be collected together with their commitment to implement the methodology in a total of 300 companies.

Capacity building programme format

Document with the format of the capacity building program where every necessary format to develop ad-hoc courses for pilot companies are established. It will include formats for planning, program and criteria evaluation.

INDUCE toolkit

Web tool to share and get information about energy efficiency on different issues. Available in English, Spanish, French, German and Dutch.

Data Management Plan

Document containing all the information related to the collection and management of data within the project: - Information regarding data collection, storage, access, retention and destruction. - Procedures and criteria that will be used to identify/recruit participants - The informed consent procedures that will be implemented for the participation of humans - Templates of informed consent/assent forms and information sheets (in language and terms intelligible to the participants) A preliminary data management plan can be consulted on section 4.
