The experiences of the new certified trainers in INDUCE methodology will be collected together with their commitment to implement the methodology in a total of 300 companies.
Document with the format of the capacity building program where every necessary format to develop ad-hoc courses for pilot companies are established. It will include formats for planning, program and criteria evaluation.
Document containing all the information related to the collection and management of data within the project: - Information regarding data collection, storage, access, retention and destruction. - Procedures and criteria that will be used to identify/recruit participants - The informed consent procedures that will be implemented for the participation of humans - Templates of informed consent/assent forms and information sheets (in language and terms intelligible to the participants) A preliminary data management plan can be consulted on section 4.
