The deliverable will include the specifications for the prediction tool. In detail, the relevant input and output parameters will be defined. Moreover, the interfaces allowing the inclusion of measured data will be described and specifications for the graphical user interface will be given. The deliverable 8.1 is an essential input to the S2R project anticipated to start in 2020.
