Research framework for researching transitions of carbon-intensive regions: Insights from different disciplines, scales and epistemological approachesThis Framework will contain four chaptgers Chapter 1 will lay the foundation for translating insights for different disciplines on the feasibility and potential for energy transitions of carbonintensive regions Chapter 2 will provide a conceptual approach to integrate the analytical lenses in the regional level Chapter 3 will provide a toolset to analyse the success of coping strategies in terms of holistic justice implications Finally Chapter 4 will present synthetic crosstask theoretical insights
Report on current socio-economic, energy system, socio-political and socio-demographic challenges including a set of slide decks displaying results for each of the 10-20 most vulnerable regionsThe deliverable will synthesise the quantitative analysis of the current energy and electricity system structure in carbonintensive regions It will contain consistent socioeconomic and energy system datasets for NUTS2 regions at the appropriate level of sectoral granularity for recent years up to 20182019 including suitable approximations only in cases required
