Cel One of the most visible signs of inequality of opportunity on the labour market is the large number of barriers women must overcome to gain access to new qualifications or, quite simply, to the labour market itself. This project proposes studying external factors which restrict the access of women to certain sectors or services and the features that influence their choice of occupation and training. The partners will first undertake a statistical analysis of various levels and types of professional qualification in the different partner countries. On the basis of the results of this analysis and additional qualitative research, they will draw up orientation guidelines setting out measures and strategies to be implemented in the training sector in order to improve women's access to training, mobility and career prospects. These guidelines could be used by human resource managers, training managers and trade union executives.ImpactTo improve women's access to training, new qualifications and the labour market.Contract number : E/96/1/00048/PI/I.1.1.d/FPCDomaine : Continuing vocational trainingContents : Equal opportunities Products : Trainig networks and consortia Methodologies for analysing training needs Computer/electronic-based materials Public : Trade union or worker representatives Managers, supervisors, human ressources managers Trainers, designers & managers of training programmes Program(-y) ET-LEONARDO DA VINCI 1 - Action programme for the implementation of a European Community vocational training policy Leonardo da Vinci, 1995-1999 Temat(-y) I.1.1.d - Promotion of equal opportunities for men and women Zaproszenie do składania wniosków Data not available System finansowania CSC - Cost-sharing contracts Koordynator UNIÓN GENERAL DE TRABAJADORES Wkład UE Brak danych Adres HORTALEZA 88 28004 Madrid Hiszpania Zobacz na mapie Koszt całkowity Brak danych
