TACIS contract information: Russian Federation
A booklet documenting the latest projects to be funded under the 1998 TACIS action programme for the Russian Federation has recently been published by the European Commission, DG IA. The Commission intends to launch restricted invitations to tender for a total of 33 projects in the following areas: - Human resources development and social protection; - Enterprise restructuring and development; - Transport and telecommunications; - Environment and energy; - Food production, processing and distribution. Organisations interested in tendering for these contracts will find details on how to express their interest in a project in the booklet. The deadline for submission of expressions of interest is 27 August 1998.
