In order to carry out a technical review of RTD projects under the TRANSPORT programme of the Fourth RTD Framework Programme, the European Commission, DG VII, is currently seeking the provision of services to support the review.

The contract would cover three stages:

- Preparation for the technical review, such as assembling review material and selecting experts;
- The technical review stage involving the assessment of material and experts' reports;
- Post-technical review, including guidance for further actions and partial in-depth review.

Administrative and technical support are required for the three stages of the review, ensuring always the maintenance of close links with Commission staff.
