Quality policy in construction
The European Commission, DG III, has published a prior information notice on the provision of case studies relating to quality policy in construction. The objective of the project would be to analyse a series of construction companies which have implemented a quality scheme, either through quality assurance or by total quality management, and to elaborate individual reports in which efforts and the changes, as well as the learning experiences, must be reflected.
