The European Commission has published a corrigendum to its recent invitation to tender for a study on the situation of telecommunications services (including the scope of universal service) in the regions of the EU (OJ No S 189 of 30.9.1998 p. 36).
The deadline for submission of tenders has been put back until 17 November 1998. In addition, the deadline for requesting tender documents has also been put back, to 10 November 1998.
