Text of agreement between European Parliament and Council on Fifth Framework Programme posted on CORDIS
The full text of the conciliation agreement reached by the European Parliament and the Council last month on the Fifth Framework Programme has been posted on the CORDIS web site in 11 languages. The agreement covers the overarching legislation establishing the Fifth Framework Programme and has still to be ratified by the Parliament and Council at meetings later this month.
