Estonia to participate in EU education and training programmes
The Council of Ministers on the 27 November 1998 approved on behalf of the European Union the Draft Decision defining the terms and conditions for the participation of Estonia in Community programmes in the fields of education and training, as well as information and health promotion. This will enable Estonian nationals to participate in the SOCRATES and LEONARDO DA VINCI education programmes in due course.
