Revisions to the model contract for the Fourth Framework Programme
The Commission has recently decided to make some revisions to the Model Contract for Cost Reimbursement for Community Activities in the Field of Research and Technological Development. The revisions are to: - delete Article 24(2) of the general conditions for the model cost reimbursement contract for Community activities in the field of research and technological development; - add to the model contract a new Article 25 reasserting the auditing powers of the Courts of Auditors; - insert the clause on the time limits for payment by the Commission and interest for arrears.
