List of coming invitations to tenders during 1999 by DG XVII
The European Commission, DG XVII, has published advanced information regarding a list of invitations to tender for service contracts and studies in 1999. Calls for tender for two service contracts are planned during the first half of 1999: - Central unit for an energy thematic network. Estimated publication date for this contract is April 1999; - Establishment of a framework contract for logistical assistance related to short-term mission for energy experts coming to European Union or visiting third-countries. Several invitations to tender for studies will be published during 1999(the estimated publication date in brackets): - Establishment of a framework contract for energy modelling (April 1999); - Prospects for security of energy supplies in Europe (April 1999); - Methodology of energy indicators for monitoring purposes (April 1999); - European energy policy: instruments and measures to achieve sustainable development in liberalised markets (April 1999); - Analyses of the aviation fuel (April 1999); - Analytical monitoring of the internal energy market (June 1999); - Economic evaluation of developments in the European solid fuel markets (June 1999); - Analytical work on fuel technology to support Auto-Oil II (April 1999); - Economic evaluation of developments in the European oil and gas markets (June 1999); - Evaluation and monitoring of DG XVII programmes (December 1999); - Development of methodologies for monitoring the implementation of the energy framework programme (April 1999).
