The Web-site of the Atlantic Database for Exchange Processes at the Deep Sea Floor project is now linked to the European Commission, Directorate General XII's Web site at:

The ADEPD project is a supporting initiative of the EC's Marine Science and Technology Programme (MAST III).

The new ADEPD Web-site lists the participants involved and outlines the project objectives with the aim of integrating present knowledge of processes occurring at the deep sea floor.

As well as being linked to MAST III, the project is a joint action contributing to JGOFS - the Joint Global Ocean Flux Studies - with benefits in natural resource management.
