Call for Tender addressed to scientific experts for assistance to project owner

The Regional Council of Reunion, Managing Authority of the ERDF 2014-2020, launched calls for projects (AAP) in the field of Research, Technological Development and Innovation. The purpose of the present contract is to identify scientific experts who can provide project management assistance to the Managing Authority by evaluating research projects received under these calls for proposals.

Projects to be analysed may concern the following sets of themes:
1 - Biodiversity
2 - Health and biotechnology
3 - Energy
4 - Information and Communication Technologies (ICT)
5 - Tourism
6 - Social and societal innovation (and other thematic of Smart Specialization Strategy S3 ...)

By application of the French Public Procurement Code (Code des Marchés Publics) - Article 10, themes mentioned above are divided into 11 lots:
Lot 1: Terrestrial Biodiversity (observation / genomics /valorisation)
Lot 2: Marine Biodiversity (observation / genomics / valorisation)
Lot 3: Chronic Diseases (observation / fundamental / clinical and/or preclinical)
Lot 4: Infectious Diseases (observation / fundamental / clinical and/or preclinical)
Lot 5: Perinatal; Healthy Simulation (observation / fundamental / clinical and/or preclinical)
Lot 6: Biotechnologies
Lot 7: Energy demand management
Lot 8: Renewable energies
Lot 9: Information and Communication Technologies (ICT)
Lot 10: Tourism
Lot 11: Social and societal innovation (and other thematic of Smart Specialization Strategy S3 ...)
