El.pub DG XIII's electronic publication of R&D news and resources, has extensively updated its website to include more information about the Fifth Framework Programme. The website now includes details of calls that will be of interest to potential participants of projects concerned with cultural heritage. New information indicates a number of potentially interesting actions, which are due to be called during 1999.
