Bulgaria participates in LEONARDO DA VINCI and SOCRATES
A Decision has been taken by the Association Council between the European Communities and their Member States and the Republic of Bulgaria, adopting the terms and conditions for the participation of Bulgaria in Community programmes in the fields of vocational training and education. The Decision says that Bulgaria will participate in the Community programmes LEONARDO DA VINCI and SOCRATES and this Decision shall apply for the duration of these programmes.
