Bulgaria can participate in FP5
The European Commission has submitted a Proposal for a Council Decision concerning the association of the Republic of Bulgaria in Community programmes in the field of Research, Technological development and Demonstration (RTD) and in programmes of research and training activities. The proposal was submitted by the Commission on 25 February 1999. The proposal calls for a Decision, which takes the position established by the Association Council. This Decision means that the Republic of Bulgaria may participate in the specific programmes of the Fifth Framework Programme for RTD as well as the Fifth Euratom Framework Programme.
