The European Commission, Directorate General XII, is seeking tenders for the provision of feasibility studies as accompanying measures relating to the Common Basis for Science, Technology and Innovation Indicators in support of the development of science and technology policies in Europe. The call forms part of the implementation of the specific programme for Improving the Human Research Potential and the Socio-economic Knowledge Base, of the European Union's Fifth RTD Framework Programme.

The call for tender covers the following five lots:

- Development of patent indicators by gender;
- Development of bibliometric indicators by gender;
- Science and technology indicators on public and former public research centres;
- International mobility of researchers;
- Inter-professional mobility of researchers.
