The European Commission, DG XI, has recently published an invitation to tender for a team of experts in banking, environmental legislation and project development to work with the applicant countries to develop accession priorities and a project pipeline for accession investments in the field of the environment.

The main output will be a document which can be used as a basis for assessing funding priorities and which contains a long list of investment projects to be funded by the applicant countries.
