Study needed on telecommunications networks in EU Member States
The interconnection of and access to telecommunications networks and services, will be the subject of a study required by DG XIII of the European Commission. Organisations are invited to submit tenders relating to the collection and professional analysis of regulatory and commercial information in this field. The study will prepare an on-line electronic publication intended for public access, with content updated regularly over three years. The duration of the project will be 36 months.
