Study on the role of local and regional authorities in research and innovation
The role of local and regional authorities in the fields of research, technological development and innovation is the subject of an invitation to tender published by the European Commission, DG XII. In the context of implementing Agenda 2000, the studies should aim at detecting good practice at local authority level, exploring how local and regional authorities can better account for their role in Community policies on research and innovation. The study provided to the Commission may also be sent to interested national, regional and local authorities.
