Air quality study
The costs and benefits of meeting ambient air quality standards for heavy metals in the EU and certain candidate countries are the subject of a study which the European Commission, DG XI, has opened to tender. The study should cover the metals arsenic, cadmium, mercury and nickel, and results should be provided for the EU as a whole, as well as for individual Member States.
