Amendment to African telecommunications tender
A correction to the European Commission, DG XIII's, invitation to tender for a study to explore a regulatory model for African countries, has been published in the Official Journal. The final date for requesting documents has changed from 15 July 1999 to 15 September 1999. The deadline for the submission of tenders has also changed. It is now 27 September 1999.
