Software implementation services required
Software implementation services required by the European Commission, DG III, are now the subject of an invitation to tender. The contract would include the recording and assessment of the content interoperability needs of IDA (Interchange of Data between Administrations programme) projects and networks, and the suggestion of solutions based on recently developed methods and technologies such as object-oriented programming. Furthermore tenderers would be required to use Java, XML and the application of pilot actions as well as dissemination activities.
