Software for Joint Research Centre
The European Commission's Joint Research Centre has announced it will be issuing an invitation to tender for software development and implementation of multimedia applications. To support the Euratom Safeguards Directorate (ESD) for the Energy Directorate-General, the JRC must develop multimedia applications software for the training and assistance of ESD inspectors involved in the auditing activities foreseen by Commission Regulations on Euratom safeguards. It is anticipated that the award procedure will commence in the Spring of 2000.
