OJ publishes EU-Latvia Association Council agreement on research
The official text of the EU-Latvia Association Council decision adopting the terms and conditions for Latvia's participation in the European Commission's Fifth RTD Framework Programme and the Fifth Euratom Framework Programme has now been published. The conditions for Latvia's participation in EU-funded research projects are set out in annex to the decision, which entered into force in August this year.
