Help with intellectual property rights for FP5 model contract
A booklet covering intellectual property rights (IPR) issues relating to the model contracts for the Fifth Framework Programme is currently being drafted by the IPR Helpdesk, a service funded by the EU's Innovation and SMEs programme. It provides advice for researchers preparing EU-supported projects under FP5, as well as those who are already subject to contracts. The leaflet gives an overview of the RTD model contract, which it hopes will explain the rules, rights and obligations related to IPR and the dissemination and use of research results as set out in the contract.
