Updated guide to participation in Information Society programmes
The European Commission's Information Society Directorate-General has recently published an updated guide on how to participate in EU projects under their jurisdiction on the I*M Europe website. The guide, which is available in all official languages of the Community, provides an overview of programmes, different types of calls and how to participate in them, relevant events, networks and information services. The IST programme of the Fifth Framework Programme is the main research area under the responsibility of the Information Society DG. It is also involved in initiatives that are market orientated or related to socio-economic concerns.
