New website for AINIA Food Technology Institute
The AINIA Food Technology Institute now has a website at: http://www.ainia.es/english/group.htm(odnośnik otworzy się w nowym oknie) The website details the organisation's activities, which include the DASFAF Network for development and applications in supercritical fluids in agriculture and fisheries. The work described involved 25 organisations (including universities, research centres and SMEs) and was supported with funds from the FAIR programme, part of the European Union's Fourth Framework Programme (1994-98). The DASFAF network's main aims are to: - Promote supercritical fluid technology in universities, research centres and enterprises working in this sector; - To evaluate immediate and future applications, and to transfer knowledge to small and medium-sized companies; - To set up long-term projects.
