DG for Employment and Social Affairs calls for experts' expressions of interest
Experts wishing to have the opportunity to respond to restricted invitations for tender from the European Commission are now invited to submit expressions of interest to the Commission. The Commission will select a dossier of possible contractors from the proposals submitted in response to this call. This dossier will be used for selecting candidates who could be assigned the tasks listed below in certain fields (also see below). They will be invited to submit detailed proposals to the Commission in the future, within the framework of restricted invitations to tender, leading to the award of contracts with a value below 100,000 euro. - Specialised tasks: research, general studies, statistical and socio-economic analyses (modelling); - - ex-ante, intermediate and ex-post programme evaluation; - - assistance with programme design, feasibility studies, analysis of requirements; - - training. - Technical tasks: - - monitoring and control of programmes, projects and actions; - - methodological questions connected with the implementation of programmes, and systems audit; - - organisation and coordination of research and surveillance networks; - - creation and maintenance of electronic information exchange networks, websites; - - publications and information. - Administrative, IT and financial tasks: - - organisation of seminars and conferences; - - planning and coordination tools; - - computing, analysis and programming; - -assistance with accounting and accounts auditing. The areas of expertise will cover the following (for applications the stated areas of expertise will be linked to geographic area): - Employment and European social fund: promotion of employment in other Community policies: - Working conditions and social partners; - Promotion of an inclusive society.
