Further information has been made available on the CORDIS website concerning the conditions and consequences of Switzerland's full participation in the European Union's Fifth framework programme. The political background of how this move will be phased in, details of the two phases which, once ratification of the bilateral treaties has taken place, will eventually lead to full participation and advice for proposers are all contained on a new web page.
