Analysis of the island regions of the European Union
The Directorate-General for Regional policy has published prior information of a forthcoming call for tenders for an analysis of the island regions of the European Union. This will comprise a census of the statistical indicators available for each EU island and archipelago. An objective diagnosis of the situation, including an evaluation and rating of the islands' problems and needs should be based on this analysis.
