New website available on waterborne transport research
A new website has been launched to give results and information concerning the thematic research action on vessel traffic management and information systems (VTMIS) and river information systems (RIS) conducted under the European Union's Fifth Framework programme. Waterman-ts.net is the site dedicated to the waterborne transport thematic network of the same name. It aims to establish a platform where agreement can be reached on progress in these fields. It contains information on news, events and results of research in this area.
