Marie Curie Fellowship positions in field of molecular biology
A series of positions supported through the 'Marie Curie' development host fellowship programme of the European Commission's Fifth Framework programme are available in the lactic acid bacterial research group at University College, Cork, Ireland. The posts, in the research group of Dr Douwe van Sinderen and Professor Gerald Fitzgerald, involve supporting senior research scientists with skills, experience and expertise in the molecular biology of Gram positive bacteria. The suitable candidates will be joining a large research group, consisting of 24 PhD students and 10 post-doctorate research fellows located in the department of microbiology and the biosciences institute of the University College. The group has successfully hosted Marie Curie category 30 individual fellows in the past, and actively encourages non-Irish applicants.mit co
