New site on evaluation & monitoring measures for FP5 programmes
CORDIS, the European Commission's R&D information service, offers a new gateway to all information related to monitoring, evaluation and assessment. Part of the Fifth Framework programme (FP5) web service, this site provides, inter alia, an overview of the R&D evaluation system, downloadable reports in all official languages, recent studies as well as information on expert panels and evaluation network activities. This site will prove useful for all innovation players interested in participating in FP5 programmes to understand evaluation criteria, as well as for policy makers to set up best practices to assess European and national R&D programme efficiency.
