CORDIS introduces new site on the socio-economic dimensions of the IST programme
CORDIS, the European Commission's R&D information service, has designed a new site, offering a comprehensive view on the socio-economic dimension of the Information Society Technologies (IST) programme. In order to ensure a better match with citizens' expectations, the IST programme includes the socio-economic dimension in different key actions, cross-programme activities as well as support measures. The new site thus provides updated information and links to calls, funded projects, reports and events. The site is a useful window on focused socio-economic research, including latest and foreseen studies on IST solutions in everyday life, the digital divide and support measures for eEurope initiative.
