The Committee of the regions is calling for expression of interest from persons wishing to apply for inclusion in its list of potential contractors for work in the following fields:

- Role of area authorities in Europe - proximity, subsidiary and democracy;

- Economic development of the regions, regional policy and employment;

- Environment - urban policy;

- Education - culture- equality of opportunity;

- Social policy - public health;

- Transport - information society.

The list will remain valid for three years. Interest service providers can apply to be included in the list up to six months before the expiry date.
