EU's innovation policies to be reviewed
The European Commission's Directorates Generals for Enterprise and Innovation have published prior notification of an open call for tender on innovation policy studies. During the course of 2001, DG Enterprise intends to launch an open call for tenders for studies in some or all of the following domains: - innovation management and the knowledge-driven economy; - university/industry interfaces as knowledge providers and innovation drivers. Issues at stake in the European Union - intellectual property rights. An evaluation of intangible assets; - new products and services. Analysis of regulations shaping new markets; - innovation in the services sector. Issues at stake and trends; - review and analysis of selected results of innovation policy studies. The total estimated expenditure for the realisation of the above services is in the order of 1,400,000 euro.
