Tenders sought for study on intelligent transport systems
The European Commission's Directorate General for Energy and Transport has called for tenders concerning the deployment of intelligent transport systems in the road sector in Europe. The Energy and Transport DG plans to conclude a contract for the supply of services dealing with the deployment of intelligent transport systems (ITS) in the road sector in Europe. The action will contribute to the harmonised and synchronised deployment of ITS in the EU. This process will be encouraged through projects financed at national and regional levels, either by public or private funding.
