Updated IST brochure now on-line
An updated version of the European Commission's Information Society Technologies (IST) programme brochure is now available on-line. The brochure outlines the aims and key actions of the IST project and provides further information on the Fifth Framework programme, of which it is a part. The Information Society Technologies programme aims to ensure the full participation of the European Union in the transformation of the developed world from an industrial to an information society.
