IST project seeks cultural experts
The research team working on the EU funded project 'technological landscapes for tomorrow's cultural economy', or 'DigiCULT' is looking for cultural experts to participate in an online questionnaire. The project, funded under the Fifth Framework programme's IST subsection aims to provide archives, libraries, museums and other cultural players with a 'tool box' in order to prepare for their technological and organisational future. The questionnaire has been composed following the results of a previous survey, which collated the opinions of over 100 prominent cultural experts. The online survey, which can be accessed at the reference below, asks for opinions on five different topics: commercial exploitation, services and demands, national policies and initiatives, organisation and finances and technology.
