Initiative highlights Spanish universities' interest in FP6
An initiative to compile a list of areas in which Spanish universities are interested in participating during the Sixth Framework programme (FP6) has published its results on a new website. The 'Europa I+D' service, which was established by the conference of Spanish universities (CRUE) has been receiving proposals from Spanish universities since January 2001. Now that the information is publicly available (at the web address given below), CRUE is confident that it will assist in building consortia for participation in FP6. It should also help increase Spanish universities' participation in the programme. One of the main areas where the information could prove useful is the use of the new instruments, particularly the networks of excellence.
