The European Commission has issued an open call for tenders for a 'mid-term evaluation on the multiannual Community programme to stimulate the development and use of European digital content on the global networks and to promote linguistic diversity in the information society (eContent).'

This notice covers a mid-term evaluation that will address questions such as efficiency, impact and the relevance of the programme. The aim of the study is to analyse, via for example questionnaires, case studies and public information.

Time limit for completion of work: The duration will be six months.
