Assessing market dynamics in the knowledge-based economy - call for tenders
The European Commission's Enterprise DG has published a call for tenders for a study contract concerning the development of analytical tools for assessing market dynamics in the knowledge-based economy. The main purpose of this study is to devise analytical tools - based on dynamic economic theorising - which can be applied to assess the effects of firms' innovative actions on competitiveness and competition (competition here being defined in a broad sense, including potential competition). The concrete approach to be taken will need to reflect state-of-the-art dynamic theorising on innovation and market dynamics.
