European Foundation for the Improvement of Living and Working Conditions: Additional programme on health and safety at work, 1993
The European Foundation for the Improvement of Living and Working Conditions has approved an additional programme of activities in the area of safety and health at the workplace. A description of these activities is now available as a separate Annex to the programme of work for 1993. The document describes the activities which will support (in a limited way, given the available finance and the timespan in which the programme must be implemented) the action undertaken, or to be undertaken, at EC level in the field of health, safety and hygiene at work by: - Providing a better insight into existing research; - Providing a better knowledge of risks and possible prevention measures, in selected sectors. The Annex includes programme sheets providing a detailed description of the additional activities undertaken.
