Nanotechnology for beginners�
The European Commission has prepared a set of slides providing brief and straightforward explanations of nanotechnology. Interest in nanotechnology is rising, and is spreading from the scientific community to society as a whole. The slides were conceived for the younger public, but are also suitable for a broader audience with little or no basic scientific knowledge. It is hoped that the slides will help the public to discover and understand the significance of nanotechnology, and to get an idea of its potential applications.
